CKMM Hightech Liveline Power Solutions Private Limited is incorporated on 8th of August, 2008 under the Companies Act, 1956 (No.1 of 1956) with CIN (Corporate Identity Number): U45204TG2008PTC060548. It is registered with Registration Number 060548 at Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, India.

The Team
The Company is headed by renowned and well experienced engineers and staff. All are well trained in hot line and gained rich experience in course of years of the travel in attending various types of hot line works that is live line work’s throughout India in different situations. The Directors are being assisted by technicians, having good technical knowledge, disciplined, trained and educated. The technicians have acquired the experience and the thorough knowledge of handling the critical situations in remote area while maintaining EHT Lines and sub-stations up to 400 Kv.

Mr. KSN Murty is the Ex-Chief General Manager (Hot Lines) of Andhara Pradesh Transco, India. He has presented International papers on Hot Line in AP in UK. He is trained in Hot Lines and bare techniques under US Aid Program.

The Aim
The Aim of this company is to assist the maintenance staff of EHT Lines and Sub-stations throughout India and abroad.

The Services
The concept of Hot Line Maintenance is not simply to rectify the faults which result in break down. It is more or less is a preventive maintenance. This is not to allow the cropping up faults before results in breakdown. And this is rectifying the fault well in advance before resulting in the breakdown.

The Tools
The Company possess the various types of Hot Line tools imported and indigenous to tackle any type of situations in switch yards sub-stations and lines up to 400 Kv.

The Works
Some of the works which are being regularly attended by the company.
  1. Tightening of bolts and nuts of all connectors and clamps at switch yards and sub-stations including CT, PT and breaker.
  2. Changing of suspension and tension insulators both on transmission towers and gantry’s in switch yard and sub-station up to 400 Kv.
  3. While connecting the new bay with the existing old bay without interrupting the power on in old bay.
  4. Replacing the damaged jumper at the bus and on equipment on no load conditions without interrupting the power supply in the bus.
  5. Rectifying the damaged isolator parts without interrupting the bus on boloed constriction. And at present the Company is attending the works of changing tension insulators from porcelain to porcelain to silicon polymer insulators in Maharashtra State Electricity Board attending 100 Kv. To 400 KV. sub-station works in Maharashtra and Zindal Hidal Co. Industries.
